Written by Lamar Abrams & Deena Beck

Craig finishes a finalized version of his map which he donates to the Trading Tree for other kids to enjoy the wonders of the Creek. This in turn results in every kid coming over to his stump for a party which grants him one of the best days of his life.

Tropes in this episode include:

  • Arc Words: "Appreciate where I was at."
  • Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: Craig and Bernard have a wholesome bonding moment just before the latter leaves to go to college. He even gives his little brother some advice on how important it is to appreciate the present.
  • Babies Ever After: Carter shows up to the party with his own (cardboard) baby. Zoe is beside him and silently denies being the mother.
  • Back for the Finale: Every kid that Craig and his friends have met show up for the party.
  • Bait-and-Switch: Xavier ends up being the last kid who shows up to the party and points out how every kid in the Creek is all together in a grim and villainous tone of voice. While everyone expects the former king to do something heinous, he reveals that he wanted them all together so he can take a selfie with his drones.
  • Birds of a Feather:
    • Wren has a wonderful time bonding with the Slime Factory Kids.
    • The Merkid strikes a conversation with the Sewer Queen (and her trusted subject) over their love of water.
  • Book Ends: The title card shows a shot of a tree right next to a river. The end credits focus on that shot in animated form.
  • Celebration Miscalculation: A couple of the kids mistake Craig's public map as a birthday message so they go to his place thinking it's his special day.
  • Comically Missing the Point: During JP's leg challenge, Omar and Kelsey instead bet on what body part he's going to break instead of which leg is stronger.
  • Continuity Cavalcade: The episode not only features appearances from various kids shown throughout the 5 seasons but also interactions between them that reference their past stories.

    • Angel is shown playing with the Plush Kids and babies from the Baby Casino.
  • Crowded-Cast Shot: Thanks to Xavier's drone, everyone at the Creek comes together for a group selfie.
  • Grand Finale: This is the show's final episode.
  • Happy Ending: The surprise party was a complete success as everyone attending had a wonderful time. And after the clean up, the Stump Trio and Mortimor take a moment to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Creek. And when the dinner horn rings, Craig asks to stay a little longer to which his friends agree to.
  • Irony: Nicole tearfully admits that while she spent all of Bernard's life preparing for him to live on his own (at college), no one prepared her for letting him go.
  • It's the Best Whatever, Ever!: JP calls the unexpected party the best "surprise" surprise party he's ever lived through.
  • Meaningful Rename: Duane redubs Bernard from "My Man" to "College Man".
