He's coming off his first rushing title, averaged a career-high of 5.4 yards per carry and had a career-high of seven receiving TDs. It's McCaffrey and then everyone else when it comes to Fantasy running backs.
2. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles: After years of stacked boxes while in New York due to the lack of a serviceable passing game, Barkley now gets to play in a balanced offense. That should open up rushing lanes for him as should playing with Jalen Hurts. The QB's ability in the read option means defenses will never be able to zero in on Barkley as his upgrade in environment should lead to an increase in production.
3. Breece Hall, New York Jets: From Week 5 to Week 18 last year, only McCaffrey produced more Fantasy points at the RB position than Hall. His season-long numbers of 1,585 scrimmage yards and nine TDs came despite New York having the No. 30 passing offense. His 181 targets and 31 red-zone targets both led the NFL and even in a year where he's dealing with some contract strife, he's as surefire as they come at WR.
2. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins: Lamb and Hill are in more of a 1A and 1B situation than 1-2, with Hill catching 119 passes for 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns. He was first in target share (33.7%), first in target rate (36.9%), second in deep targets (35) and second in air yards share (44.0%), and there are no signs that he's slowing as he enters his 30s.
3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions: St. Brown went from fourth-round pick to clear No. 1 receiver in Detroit by the end of his rookie season. Now he's coming off a season where he managed 119 receptions for 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns despite Detroit drafting Jahmyr Gibbs and Sam LaPorta, with both being heavily incorporated in the passing attack. In 10 games, the former Oklahoma standout caught 45 passes for 544 yards and six touchdowns.
