You’re obsessed with customer service, but have you considered your organization’s internal customer service?Unlike external customer service, which focuses on serving the company's clients or customers, internal customer service ensures that employees have the resources, support, and assistance they need to perform their roles effectively.A common example of internal customer service is the IT helpdesk, which keeps employee systems running smoothly so they can focus on their jobs instead of technical details.Want to improve your company’s overall efficiency? Improving your internal customer service can be a good place to start.

Are you tired of unwanted emails? Here’s a power user tip for Gmail and other email services to help you filter it out. When entering your email address into a web form, like when signing up for a new service, you can often add + and a string of characters between the first part of your address and the @ sign. For example, let’s say your email address is pixel@gmail.com. You can instead enter something like pixel+test@gmail.com. Email addressed to pixel+test@gmail.com will still land in the pixel@gmail.com inbox. But it will be addressed to pixel+test@gmail.com, and you can create a filter specifically for those messages. So, if you give out your email address and it results in a plague of unwanted spam, you can easily move it out of your inbox. This is called plus addressing, and thanks to its powerful scripting capabilities, TextExpander can create these automatically with a few keystrokes. Watch the video below to learn how. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/e7TsqEG
